"I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. "When we arrived the front desk informed us that we have a free upgrade to a bigger room which was delightful. But the room is too cold even we have off to fan mode and set to higher temperature it doesn't seem to work (if the aircon is central control..hmmm) We do have a pleasant stayed at this hotel."
