We wish the weather could have been better so that we could’ve enjoyed the views more, but still an excellent time. "We had a fantastic holiday at the villa for a group of 14 inc 6 children. The layout of the villa is brilliant with various rooms that interconnect making it great for families. The accommodation is a beautiful standard with nice bathrooms. The gardens and grounds are lovely, lots of space and a nice sized pool with some shaded areas (or sun shades). Cetona is a lovely village but I would definitely recommend a hire car if staying at the villa as it is quite a long walk and the road is...

"Atmospheric stay in a hilltop 10th Century castle with expansive grounds and commanding valley views. Surrounding by lovely southern Tuscan village with lively square and plenty of great restaurants. Plenty of things to see and do within hour's drive. Staff very welcoming and friendly, on hand to help with local tips, bookings, shopping or some more unusual requests. Highly recommend!"

"The villa is situated a 5 min drive or 20 min walk up a hill to the town. It’s gorgeous countryside and the large garden, views of Cetona and outside space for dinner and drinks is wonderful. We were not aware that the owner lived on the other side of the property. However that said. We didn’t see them (apart from pool cleaning & provision of an extra fan) so still felt very private. WiFi doesn’t reach passed back of the house, so may need a booster and TV was not connecting but again we...

"Beautiful home situated in Tuscany region with easy access to surrounding areas. Dropping off bags and/or people is a challenge as the roads are very narrow and steep in some locations. We had to drop off down the hill and park the vehicle outside the old town area. The house was wonderful with all the conveniences but no air-conditioning did make for some warm summer nights in the bedrooms. We would stay there again as we enjoyed the town and central location."
