"The house was great for a family of five. With 3 bedrooms, everyone had space to spread out. The dining room table was great for playing games. However, the cleaning crew needs some retraining throughout every room in the house. The kitchen could use a few more amenities like a toaster and coffee pods for the Keurig, however, if you don't plan on cooking any meals at the house or you bring your own coffee/tea, you will have no problem. A plus is the very user-friendly lock."

"The B unit is enormous with huge rooms and plenty of space. The bedrooms don't have closets and the bathrooms are very small compared to the overall space. Neither bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The grounds are pleasant with several outdoor seating areas and huge decks. Other guests were easily overheard. Easy access for people with mobility challenges. Plenty of parking."

"We arrived at the nicely appointed home. The home had everything needed for a friend get together. The property was on a quiet road but located close to amenities for grocery and food options. We all enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive . "

"The apartment was spacious, super clean, and the host was nice and responsive. However, the kitchen is not super well equipped (for example there is only one mug, only one knife, no cutting boards, only one small pot and one small pan, etc.) and there are a list of rules that are not advertised when booking such as no alcohol, quiet hours, no eating in bed, taking shoes off at entrance etc. The check in process was ok except we did not get check in info until after 3 which caused some confusion....

"We had a great stay here while in Charlottesville! It is super convenient to downtown and we walked for coffee in the morning and dinners in the evening. The house is great with tons of character and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The internet and other facilities were great. Would highly recommend."

"The house is beautiful and has lots of bedrooms and a nice deck with seating. Host was proactive and timely with information regarding check-in and checkout and left a nice gift for us. House is beautiful -only thing to note is that there’s not a huge living space. We were a group of friends up for the weekend and would have liked a few comfy couches/oversized chairs for hanging in. "Perfect location in the heart of residential C-Ville. Charming historic cottage with modern updates - the perfect size for a small family (we stayed with our 6yo and he loved it - especially the super cool loft and backyard) or small group of friends. The owners (who live nextdoor and are super nice and accommodating) have thought of everything…and there were tons of nice little touches like eclectic record and book collections, kids games, and a great sound system. "
