"We are fortunate to find Peppers Craigieburn because the hotel is pet-friendly. So, our beloved dog Hachi can travel to Bowral with us. The hotel is a heritage building that has beautifully preserved its old-world charm. It has a vast and well-manicured garden for us to take a pleasant walk. Centennial Vineyards and Bowral shops are within 10-minute drive. The hotel room is clean. Staff is helpful. Overall we had a very nice experience at Peppers Craigieburn. Will definitely come back! "

"All up good. Rooms look welcoming and have had a freshen up in recent times. Bed was newish but for me too soft. Bathroom clean and newish. Clean towels and clean sheets. 👍 All up good value room. Outside of building looked terrible and as if it's closed. Used to be maybe some sort of pub or something. But that obviously didn't affect stay but if I wouldn't have prebooked I don't think I would have gone in by the external appearance. And reception needs to be a little more welcoming. But...

"I have been here before and am used to the rundown condition. Mostly tradesmen but also many regular colourful characters. This time I got room 26 in the courtyard. It was noisy until 11 pm. Next time I will ask for a room facing the carpark - last time I had 12 or 12A which were much quieter . Sheets were clean as usual. Didn't use the TV. Fridge works fine "
