The High Line Hotel

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (900)
"We stayed here as part of a family group, so I got to see three other rooms in addition to my own. All were well appointed, very well decorated, and very comfortable. Spacious by New York standards, with a robe and cozy slippers, and the most incredibly comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in. Grabbing a coffee and hanging out in the lobby is a must, because you'll get to see a lot of adorable dogs walk through. Don't forget to take advantage of the day pass at the Chelsea Pier, because that...

Dream Downtown, by Hyatt

4.5 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (1280)
"Love this place, stylish, unique, and totally Instagram.worthy. Worth it to upgrade to a larger room, loved the bathtub and the separate sitting area. If you can get a good price it's a great place to stay, but the location is a bit south for my taste. A bit dated and showing it's age a bit, but still a very pleasant stay."

"It was actually really nice, I loved that it was so close to the subway station and had restaurants all around! didn’t have to worry about food and transportation. One thing I do wanna see improvement is their showers, it’s so tiny! Not made for bigger people. "

"Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious. My room had a nice view of Penn Station across the street. Great location if you’re going to Madison Square Garden (less than a block away). No handheld shower head in the bathroom, no foldable luggage rack, no armchair in the room. Nice that breakfast is included but the food quality was not great. Convenient worktable space in stylish lobby. Friendly, helpful staff."
