"My in-laws used to own a camp just down the road. The grandkids are grown and flown, and a camp is meant to be used, so it was sold...but the memories are precious. "Everything was fine except, only a 5 cup coffee maker, short on pots and pans(bring your own), no tea pot for boiling water, and they should inform the renters that there are camera's outside not pointing at the doors but actually watching you while you are in the back yard. I understand security but I thought that would be on the doors not in the back and front yards. Felt like we had no privacy while outside."

"The cabin and area was wonderful get away. Really liked the size of cabin and amenities. We even got to build a campfire and enjoyed it in 20 degrees temperatures. We traveled the one day north to see wildlife, like Elk. It was amazing. Some suggested improvements for the owners. 1) Improve the internet. It was spotty with weak signal. 2) Cabin was semi cool. Ran electric heaters high. bathroom heater kept tripping the breaker. Had to unplug a few things from one outlet to keep from tripping....

Kitchen is well equipped, however skimpily stocked. No sugar, aluminum foil, basic spices? Even the salt shakers were empty. A starter bundle of fire wood would have been appreciated."

"The cabin was just as advertised. The girls loved exploring the common areas outside and walking the paths through the woods. The cabin itself was fairly clean. The one window had a small crack and the bedroom window didn't shut completely (fixed while we were there) but overall was very nice. The back deck/fire pit was welcoming. We were able to roast hotdogs the first night but it rained the entire second day of our stay. We tried to play the Wii that was provided but couldn't seem to get it...

"Me, the hubby, and the pup decided to go away for a long weekend. We looked what was available that was close but not too close. This little cabin fit the bill. The cabin was small but comfy.
