"We stayed over Feb break hoping to hit up the ski slopes with the kids. However, there was a big storm that dumped a lot of rain/ice and after was subzero temps and very windy, so we ended up inside a lot more than expected. The house is well equipped and everything we needed was there - including an immersion blender! The bedrooms were comfortable and the fireplace in the living room was splendid while the storm raged. It was tough to get the garbage to the garbage can as the snow plow piled...

"Charming is the key word for this place! From the huge stone fireplace, to the solid wood, exposed beams, to the spacious bedrooms, to the portrait-like, snow-covered surroundings complete with horses and a barn, our family of 8, including 2 grandkids, loved our time at the Chester, VT Farmhouse. We hope to return someday!"
