"Great location Basic essentials Value for money. Only disappointing part was check inn. I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. I just can not see there logic other than to put a miserable start to your stay."

"Sadly the floors are not washed well. Same drop of blood was there after 5 days when I left. Never smelled cleaners or disinfectant...just seen dirty mop and reused rags. The mould in the showers is NASTY. The young fellas do an ok job with what they have but they need to invest in some thorough time to clean...disenfect. The pool as well...😬. "

"Our second stay at this lovely place. Loads of sunbeds so no problem getting one any time of day. Super nice staff in all roles. Great room, fab pool lovely breakfast and great spot on the beach next to our favourite places to eat- the Cubar does the best Thom khai with tofu ever had! Just one thing I didn’t like and it’s nothing to do with the hotel tbh but the poor looking horse on the beach, so thin and ridden so badly even by the owners and then idiots that are way too heavy riding them up...
