Staff is amazing, attentive and goes way out of their way to be helpful. You can expect, and will get, the kind of help that is not easily forthcoming at hip hotels nearby. "Despite me having 5 e-mails to the establishment that i was arriving late (2 am) there was no attempt to organise entry. I had to sleep on the floor outside the apartment that morning. The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable. I had the apartment to myself but it could have got pretty crowded if all the rooms were occupied."
