"The Valley Vista lived up to the reviews and photos. A beautiful modern house with great facilities. Spacious lounge and dining arears. Good sized kitchen. The outdoor area is suitable for all the family. Loved the Pool and hot tub. The pool table in the outdoor area was a real hit. Good sized BBQ. Can highly recommend this property for a Family get together, or a few nights with friends. We were lucky enough to celebrate Christmas here and the weather and views did not disappoint. "This property is amazing. Beautiful inside. The windows upstairs are all open with a great breeze. It’s within walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. It’s extremely comfortable and has everything you need. It’s behind the famous Top Shop cafe. Convenient for a cup of coffee in the mornings. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Family of 11 stayed at property for Christmas period. Property was good for size family, good size bedrooms and 2 large living areas. The pool was a great asset and outdoor area was nice. However I feel that for the amount of money paid, simple things like the kitchen needed more utensils and cooking appliances. This was limited and basic. Two bedrooms did not have air conditioning which made for very hot nights. Bathroom showers could do with a really good scrub. Location was good, easy walk to...

"Location was superb down private road with river on one side and a stones throw to the spectacular beach on the other side. The home was clean, spacious, modern and well appointed. I especially loved the layout of the four bedrooms and bathrooms, the 'hidden away' amenity cupboards and the welcoming combined living and kitchen. Would recommend to a small extended family group and hope to visit again"
