I appreciate the breakfast delivery service, allowing for a meal at my preferred time, and the inclusion of wine or juice (the wine was particularly delightful). "Kids did the park, parents did the onsen.. we all enjoyed the view of the mountain..there’s nothing bad. There’s a shabbu restaurant (4 min walk jay walking, 10 mins using the bridge) that’s really good value and experience. Robots wheels the food over. Drinks and veggie are self serve. A ton of fun. "

"A very thoughtful set up and breakfast is way better than how they advertised it. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free shuttle to Kawaguchigo station but only 20 min walk if you want to do it. A 7 min walk to a grocery stores which open kind of late at 9am. Not too many restaurants around so plan accordingly. "
