"The hotel is a little older but very very clean. The rooms have a great view of Mt. Fuji. She was a bit shy during our short stay but we did manage to get a glimpse of her from our room. This place does not have an elevator but staff will carry your bags to your room for you. The standout here is the staff who were so friendly and welcoming compared to the bigger fancy hotels. We would stay here again just because of the lovely staff. "

"Awesome experience! The meal was delicious and they went the extra mile helping us in all the questions and helping sending our bags to the next hotel. Very friendly staff and quiet place for a great view of mt. Fuji. The only hard thing is decide if you want to stay inside relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi or go exploring different view spots of mt. Fuji"

"This is the small hotel that they use the exterior for the Netflix drama series “ Hot Spot”. The interior is much more spacious than what we see in the TV show. It is located in the remote area and it’s inconvenient for shopping, etc. However, it is an advantage for people who want to avoid the hassle of overtourism in the Mt. Fuji area. The room was newly renovated and the bedding was very comfortable. We didn’t eat at their restaurant, but they have a fridge in the room, so we brought our food and had cozy time enjoying the view of Mt.Fuji from our window. "

"This hotel is nice staff are nice the location to see mt Fuji really good good location barbecue place is good but if winter you’re gonna be freezing your going to near of your grill for hot yourself,no outlet at barbecue grill for charging or some reason that electricity needsto use , you can bring here own barbecue to cook in this glamping place they have already things to use for barbecue and you can return no wash it’s ok,and breakfast here like a lunch box type I’m not a fan of bread without toast that’s why don’t know how it’s taste I didn’t eat but if you’re looking for glamping stay most reasonable price compared to other it’s cheaper "
