The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. "We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. "My husband and I visited Lake Shoji for the first time in January.
