Great time for 4 nights at the ICI. Clean rooms, spacious and many train stations close by to get all over Tokyo. Friendly and cheerful staff thay even helped me to bring my luggage 6 luggages to the taxi. I recommend the ICI for anyone looking to stay in the Okachimachi area.

It was snowy and cloudy so we could not do the gondola up the mountain but the Lake was beautiful regardless and there are shops around.
