"We chose this hotel based on proximity to the convention center. It was nice to not have to walk outside during the winter. The front desk staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. The rooms was comfortable and roomy. The view of the city and the lake was really nice. The only downside was the parking costs. "

"Had appointment at Cleveland Clinic and hotel was conveniently located. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were quite a surprise and were excellent. Staff were tremendous and hotel was very comfortable. Will stay there again if we are back in that area. Would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you area staying in the Cleveland area. "The staff is always helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Hotel was very clean and always has a great breakfast menu. The only challenge we had during this stay was the room that connects to my room; the guest were smoking marijuana. I had to put a towel under my door to keep the smell from coming into my room. I was not pleased with that at all. "
