"This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. A water dispenser was provided so we didn't need to worry about going to the store for bottled water. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals at home. Beautiful tastefully...

"We had a great stay, room was comfortable. Great location, walkable to the malecon / centro. awesome staff; very pleasant & helpful, especially Ricardo. Restaurant was convenient, though lacked in service for our experience. There's lots of stairs, so the constant up n' down can take a toll. Overall, we do recommend this hotel and would return. "

"Loved our time in Zihau. Weather was excellent. The infinity pool & the views of the bay are outstanding. The grounds of the Property are beautifully maintained. Dolce was easy to deal with and the owner was quick to respond when we had a few small issues. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing we really missed was a balcony. The open windows & bar stools just didn’t cut it. Next time we would opt for a unit with a balcony. "

"Great hotel with stellar views! Comfy bed, enough pillows, nice shower. The pool is small but comfortable. The keys to room are old and should be changed, but the place is safe and secure. The only thing we did not like is the traffic and noise along the street. "

"The property itself is very nice. They failed to tell us that there’s an extra charge to use the pool (per person) and an additional charge to use the gym.. "

"I'm not sure where to start. We had the most unbelievable stay at Casa Arrebato. Our host, Cristina and her wonderful staff were beyond amazing. My wife, 2 year old daughter and 7 year old son arrived to the Ixtapa Airport to find a reserved van and driver waiting to deliver us to the casa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff and our bags were brought into the home and set in our rooms. Fresh squeezed margaritas were delivered on a tray for me and my wife and fresh juices for the kids....

"This wonderful condo was better than described and pictured. We loved the big covered terrace and enjoyed dining on the smaller terrace. The steps and the hill are worth mentioning for those who might have mobility challenges but did not create an issue for our group of 6 in our sixties and seventies. "This this is a wonderful traditional Mexican hotel. The breakfast offerings are fantastic, with a complimentary Continental breakfast. They also offer a menu of delicious breakfast items. The staff are amazing!! Always there whenever you need them, extremely friendly and welcoming. The terraza is a wonderful place to relax and also for morning yoga practices. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at this property, we would definitely stay there again next time we are in Zihua."
