"The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. "This is a great place to stay in a hopping area of Aberdeen with several restaurants and pubs nearby. The rooms are clean and the windows open for fresh air. We enjoyed our stay. This is not a traditional hotel. There is no staff on duty at the hotel. All assistance with the hotel is through text messaging but the owners are very responsive.
