"We had a slight miscommunication about parking cost. Be advised it is $45 to self park and $55 to valet on property. Someone with the reservation team did provide us with another price but was mistaken. We also were initially put in a full size (bed) apartment. We booked a king. We went back to the lobby and the receptionist was able to correct the error & got us into the room we booked. The staff was kind. The room was clean. The view was gorgeous. We will absolutely stay here again. "

Getting Room Service was VERY slow and I had to call 3 times after waiting over 45 minutes for our dessert order. Several times the phone was not picked up when calling Room Service or the Restaurant. We found it particularly odd that there was no refrigerator in our room. Other than those 2 things, it was a great choice!! "
