"Very comfortable house, it had cool finishes like wall mounted night stands, custom vanities, sleeping loft and ladder, etc. Kitchen was fully functional with a small but well stocked grocery market very close to the house. The outdoor area and pool was private and great to hangout in. There was a strong handrail over the steps which helped me tremendously on my crutches. AC & WIFI worked great.It was perfect, I would stay there again for sure."

"If you are headed to Punta de Mita, this 4 bedroom house is in a great location and very comfortable. We had just a couple of issues that once we let Luisa(property manager know), she got them handled. We had 6 adults and 6 teenagers. The only room that was maybe not quite enough was the very small two twin bed room. The bedroom worked out okay for two adults but the bathroom was tiny!!! We just shared one of the huge master bathrooms with them. Luisa, Sam and Marta were great!"

"1. Someone from the house started contacting me weeks before my family vacation to wire transfer a deposit. I wasn't sure if it was fraud so I politely told them I would pay when I checked in. 2. The address that Hotels.com reflects for the location is different than the one the location ended up sending me so I drove around for a while trying to find the location, so if your going to this location in a taxi make sure you confirm the address. 3. They didn't have hot water when we arrived. 4....

"Nice small clean house, had some issues that remained unresolved. 1 whasher did not work, reported it, but was not repaired. 2 AC unit went out after a blackout, was not repaired. 3 Giant roaches, they are common to the area, however this ones sermed to be on steroids. 4 Had a problem with the key. (I losted) Tried to contact the host, they nevered answered. Called VRBO and they were not able to get in touch with them :(. I as able to locate the caretaker of the house and Don Luis took care...

"Property was more beautiful in person, but overall as described. The pool was warm, we spent hours in it day and night. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very communicative and connected us to reliable transport to and from the airport as well as golf carts to get us around and up the steep hill. We had an amazing time, would recommend. "The villa is spacious, clean and very pretty. Pool and grounds are clean and relaxing. Hot tub did not work which was a little bit of a bummer on nights when we wanted to enjoy being outside. The big sliding doors in the living room being in a nice breeze and connect indoors and outdoors. The beach out front is beautiful, but not swimable right in front of the house. We surfed at la lancha and enjoyed a beach day there instead. Esmeralda made delicious breakfasts and lunch a few days and was so...
