"Enjoyed the stay Staff is nice Rooms are clean Swimming pool / gym / sauna / steam / hamam all are 5 star There is 24 hr shop at petrol station hardly 10min walk. Main attractions are around 15 - 20 min taxi Or you can take a metro and tram 5 min walk from hotel. "

"This is my second stay at this hotel, last time I stayed at this beautiful, elegant hotel back in 2016 and fell in love with the location. This time around, I had a great stay! The beautiful entry and romantic lighting created a welcoming ambiance. Smooth check-in with no issues and staff were professional, attentive and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Overall, I had a great stay of 5 nights at this hotel and will be coming back again. At last, Istanbul never sleeps and I love the city of Istanbul."

"We loved the property and the staff were amazing. The restaurant was solid in a very nice setting. The only issue we had was that the hotels.com description send it included a bar. It did have a bar but they did not have alcohol and they do not serve alcohol in the entire Hotel so I think it would be more accurate to remove the bar indication in the hotel description."
