"It’s clear that they have just opened and not crossed all their T’s but it was a good stay. 1.Walk with a water shoes as the sand is kinda rocky for me 2. Lot of dinner options and the food was good 3. Nice buffet options 4. The property is huge so you might have some walking to do to get to places depending on where your room is. I was in the fourth floor west wing so it was a walk to get to the buffet but I didn’t mind 5. If you’re party people this hotel might not be the ideal option but for relaxing, not too loud this would be perfect"

"The staff was wonderful. Always cleaning and would come whenever you needed them. Everything you need is right there on the beach. It was beautiful. Food was great. Thank you Coco LaPalm Staff!!"

"The staff was very friendly, funny & always made sure you were doing OK or asked if we needed anything. The pool was huge & absolutely beautiful. Lazy river was fun! A couple of dislikes: we could never get a reservation at the Italian restraunt the 6 nights we were there unless it was at 9:30 p.m. Needless to say, we didn't get a chance to eat there. The fridge in our room was never very cold. We adjusted the temp but nothing worked. Not a huge deal as we didn't mention it to anyone. I would highly recommend this property!"

"The property is absolutely stunning. I especially loved that it sits on its own private peninsula, creating a sense of exclusivity and seclusion. My vacation at Oyster Bay Excellence was nothing short of amazing—from the beautifully maintained grounds and spacious rooms to the exceptional Excellence Club lounges where we spent much of our time. Even the food exceeded my expectations, which is rare for an all-inclusive resort. I truly can't recommend it enough!"

"Sam Sara is a beautiful location. Very reasonable prices. The rooms are nice especially the newer part of resort. It's not the cleanest of rooms.overal I love staying there have been going there for years and will continue to. "

"Everything was excellent, property was beautiful. Staff was friendly. only problem was lady at guest relation desk(Sabrine Frazier} i ask her that I needed help in checkin on my flight and she said do it on your phone, she couldn't help me. I told her I couldnt do it on my phone having problem with WI-Fi, I went to rep at checkin desk and she got me on internet so I could do it with no problem. Did not like rep at Guess Relations she had bad attitude and she is there to help guests. But other wise everyone was extra nice. Enjoyed nightly shows. Enjoyed food, "
