"This is my second year in a row that we stay at this all inclusive. Staff is second to none and truly go out of their way to make everything perfect. The restaurants are included and the food is amazing. The swim up bar and staff like Aston and Nicardo are the best. The kids enjoyed the pool, lazy river and slides very much. With that said the hotel needs some serious upgrades. This time there were leaks all over the inside of the property. Water caution signs everywhere. One of the elevators...

"The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were beautiful. My only issue was that the food was borderline mediocre at best and often came out cold. This could be due to the fact that the hotel is new and was fairly empty. Other than that this is a beautiful resort."

Miss Janice, TJ, and both Andre’s were absolutely amazing, and their customer service was impeccable. I would definitely return and will be recommending this place to my friends and family.
