You will have a great vacation at La Buena Pescada! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1524 sq ft home is 3 blocks from major fishing piers, across the street from Kayak rentals and kayak launch, 6 minutes to the beach, and blocks from historic downtown Aransas Pass!

This home comfortably fits large families or smaller groups. One master bedroom and bath is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Home is located on large corner lot which includes fenced yard, private parking, and plenty of parking for boat, RV and multiple vehicles.

We are close to everything coastal! Fishing - Redfish Bay and Conn Brown Harbor are here in Aransas Pass. Beaches - Port Aransas is 6 miles away via Ferry. 10 min to Rockport with great beaches, shopping, and festivals. Proud destination of local festivals: Shrimporee & Pardi Gras

Great
Very nice house with everything (bbq pit, outdoor seating, coffee pot and great location). The house, linens and towels were all exceptionally clean. We are planning on staying here again.
