"This house has everything possibly needed. Very thoughtfully stocked and supplied, and efficiently laid out with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. Very scenic location above the main part of town, and easy access. Particularly enjoyed the courtyard dining table. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave, and hardly anything in Carmel has air conditioning, so it was hot in the house. Supplied fans helped. Some traffic noise at times from busy street just below house, not noticeable...

"This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalow was updated/remodeled and quite comfortable. Great coffee maker! Mattresses seemed relatively new (always a bonus!) Our stay turned out to be during an unusual heat wave, so we wished there had been AC, but perhaps this is usually not a problem in that area. The only not so ideal things were that the exterior patio was quite dirty, the trash barrels were fully covered in cobwebs, wasp nests and spiders. And the welcome notebook wasn't all that "welcoming". We...

"We booked this house to cerebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We were a group of 12 with two babies under 2. Everyone had a comfortable room and access to bathrooms. The house is a little dated but the view and location makes this house very special. We gathered around the fire pit outside and loved our walk to the beach. The kitchen was super convenient. We had a great time and will book the house again. "
