"My husband and I loved this condo and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the beach and to the shops in the historical district it is full of shops/live music and wonderful cuisine. The condo smelled great, and it was very clean and comfortable. The owners provided everything you need for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. The views of the bay are amazing! "We absolutely loved the Sea Zoo so big and spacious ! The view was breathtaking! Sunrise over the bay and sunset at the beach! We loved the walking distance to the beach and shops. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. The only negative was that the elevator was not working but we all agreed we didn’t mind getting in the extra steps. all agreed we didn’t "

" Wonderful location across street from beach access. Beautiful home with rooms that easily accommodate a lg group (9) and every bedroom has a private bath! Elevator was great for moving luggage and groceries up and down. Nice indoor and outdoor furniture. Loved it!"

"Great house for a group of 11 ladies for our annual Girl's Weekend. The size of the house, number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for getting ready, relaxing, etc. and no one felt cramped or crowded. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and equipped w/all of the amenities including a beautiful outdoor area w/a fun pool/slide. The only issue that we had with that was remembering to push the door alarm leading to the pool before entering or exiting as it was LOUD (though we understand that it is for safety/code required). Also, seemed to be a lot of mosquitos in the pool area so having bug spray or citronella candles handy is absolutely needed. The rooftop deck was awesome for coffee or sitting out and watching the stars at night. Overall, a 5-star experience and everyone was saying how much they loved it and were talking about coming back with their families!"

"Took our family girl's trip to Anna Marie Island and this place was absolutely perfect for us. Literally right on the beach, walking distance to plenty of food options. "

"Nice little place to stay right across from the street from the beach and right next to a few good dining options for breakfast through the evening. I believe the room we were in is the smallest of those on the property. It was perfect for just the two of us. I have no complaints as the room was exactly as described, communication was great, the room was very quiet, and dining and shopping are just a block away. Things to be aware of, the bathroom is small, the shower is shower is tiny, and the water pressure in the shower is really low (though the outdoor shower pressure is quite good)."

"This is our second time staying at this house. The price was much higher this time around, but we love the layout and the location so much we had to return. Having so many rooms with private bathrooms, yet also a couple for sharing is fantastic! The bunk room is great for the kids and so cozy! Two sets of washers/dryers is also great. Wonderful garage space, covered porches, and sun porch way up high are also amazing. There isn't a screened porch so bring bug spray. Beach is a short walk and there are sidewalks on the main road to walk to the cute little downtown area. Sunsets are breathtaking on the beach. We fished from the dock (didn't have much luck) and also rented kayaks from a local place and took them out a lot. Thankful our dogs could come! The new pool is fantastic (although we had trouble figuring out how to get the pool to heat - pump has to be running and the way to adjust that is not easy to find). We loved the slide and the place to sit in the shallow water. The room with the AC just outside is loud. Neighbors left their pool lights in "party mode" all night so the master bedroom changed colors every 30 seconds all night so bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Cords in dining area when shades are open are very long and in a loop so keep an eye on young children around them. Grass is artificial-watch out for nails sticking up! We had a couple issues that were fixed promptly by management. We will return!"
