"We’re picky, but we’re impressed by this place. It’s bustling and efficient and well-situated; rooms were nicely appointed and spacious. The location is fantastic. There’s a reason this is full of air crews, business groups and families. Taking off one point for erratic service — desk said they’d text when our room was ready, but didn’t; housekeeping made the beds but didn’t clear away half-finished teacups or take wet towels off the chair. "Very positive reception easy having checked in on line - given a room on 12th floor overlooking the Thames. Only downside was the room did have a strong smoker smell -( don’t think they have smoker rooms but nonetheless it did smell that way) staff all excellent and the only other point is dinner menu is limited and heavily Asian orientated -( I ended up having the Wagu Burger which was good)."
