"Third time here. Loved the staff. The facility is in need of a remodel on so many levels. The pool is great. Dining is limited. They need to throw some pretty colored paint on the concrete "ruins" next door. The main Coz grounds are nice. I will return after they remodel."

"We liked the Queen Suite we stayed in but to access the suite which was on the third floor there was not an elevator in that section of the resort and we had to use the stairs."

"My 10-day stay at this resort was amazing. The property was well maintained. They provided daily bottled water at no additional charge. The property sits right on the water with amazing views. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time. I interacted with no less than 12 different staff members and they were all great! The only reason I omitted 1 star from service is that the resort does not offer dinner. A few days there was heavy downpour and high winds making a trip to town...

"The hotel and our stay was lovely. Only issue was the pillows on the beds are all one size. They were too big for our comfort and our night sleep was not very good. If there could be a smaller one as well that would have helped. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Cozumel! The staff (Thomas/Oscar/others) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming touch that added to the relaxing island vibe. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the waterfront and inside the Centro area. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and delicious breakfast each morning. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again...
