"Overall the property provided good value. The staff were pleasant and very helpful and management was engaging. The beach was very excellent. Also there were enough places to stay out of the sun both around the pools and on the beach. The only drawback that I could comment on would be the slow service when it came to drinks. There were few roving waiters to take your order and if you went to the pool bar to order your own drinks the wait was usually 4-8 people deep depending on the time. Not a major drawback for us but something to consider."

"Honestly we had a really great time on this trip. We were at the resort for a wedding, brought our two young children with us. Check in was super speedy, because we booked with expedia we had our own separate check in/check out area. We got discounts to the spa and different activities/upgrades. The resort was great, easy to get around, fun for kids, young teens and adults. They always had something going on at the pools to get people having fun! The evening shows were great, they always seemed to have a kid show earlier and then a adult/family friendly show after the kid show. The A La Cartes were great, this was the first time I was in Mexico and actually enjoyed the steak at the steakhouse restaurant. I felt like there was something for everyone at this resort, they had a lot to offer, but it didnt require walking a mile to get to it. The kids loved the lazy rivers and the ice cream store. Sports bar food was amazing, they always had food, you never went hungry. Definitely a great spot! Shoutout to our swim up bartender Patti, she kept the drinks flowing and everyone laughing!"

"Great hotel and the food was really good. Only area for improvement would be to have a better system for booking the restaurants and offer more availability for booking times. Nonetheless we loved the resort and give it 5-stars. "

"Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice. "
