"I don't usually do reviews but this needs attention. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. Pools were nice and large. Leo and Cesar in activities were great. So much so that my son remembered Leo from 2 years ago. Waiters Aldo and Aljeondro were true professionals and the highlight of this property. That is were the pleasantries end. Room to large with rock hard beds. No AC available had to argue with staff to get a fan. Bath had a mild dew smell to it. We were in the older section so hopefully the newer section is better. There is a serious lack of pride in the resort ie cigarette butts on the pool deck, pool deck has trash on it from the day before, sand/trash on the steps and maintenance walking by it as they were staining railing. "

"Incredible stay. Perfect room, great food, and on-site pickup for scuba diving. I never ever want to go back to the same place but in this case I would make an exception. Very hard to leave and can’t wait to come back!"

"Nice resort. Not much choice for à la carte. Buffet food wasn’t hot but they did make stuff in front of you that was good. Nice atmosphere. Close to airport and main town. Cozumel is a wonderful island to explore. Highly recommend it. "

"The resort is very old, and in dire need of an update. We traveled as a group of six, in three different rooms, and all of our rooms were very dirty. Food options are very limited. Unless you are getting up at 6AM, don’t expect to get a chair on the beach as all are taken. We had people in our group get up by 7am each day; and struggle to find chairs. We were told that this resort would be closed within the next two years for a total renovation. I wouldn’t recommend traveling here until that is done."

"Pool snack bar staff was extremely slow and unfriendly. Took more than an hour to get my chips and guacamole. It finally came with 8 chips and a tablespoon of guac. Beautiful location but the beds were hard as plywood and staff was the worst of all places we have stayed in Mexico (6). "
