"Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! Having enjoyed several all-inclusive holidays in the past, we can confidently say this one stands out as the best by far. The variety of food options was simply incredible—there was so much to choose from that we were spoiled for choice! From an abundance of healthy dishes to excellent vegetarian options, every meal was a delight. Our room was immaculate, chic, and beautifully decorated, with a spacious and modern bathroom that exceeded our expectations. Housekeeping ensured our room was spotless every day, always adding a personal touch with their care and attentiveness. The restaurants provided top-notch service alongside an impressive selection of dishes. Every meal felt like a special occasion, leaving us consistently impressed. The hotel’s location by the sea was breathtaking. Sipping expertly crafted cocktails on the beach while enjoying the serene views was an absolute highlight. The pizza and burger station added a fun and convenient touch that we absolutely loved. If we could give this hotel more than 10 stars, we absolutely would! We're already planning to explore another Mitsis hotel in the future, thanks to this unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for making our stay so remarkable. "My husband and I have both traveled internationally but neither of us have ever experienced the type of gracious and considerate hotel staff. Each and every one we encountered was amazing. This was really proven when my husband, who has heart problems, had to be taken to the hospital. They arranged a car to take me (while my husband was in the ambulance) and deliver both of us back home upon release. This was our first visit to Crete, for our 30th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. "

"This Hotel is excellent. It is modern clean and conveniently situated. The staff are exceptional. The receptionists, Elaine and Katerina are welcoming and do everything possible to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a superb buffet breakfast and were greeted warmly by Petro or Agiara every day. The room 301 was a spacious city facing with every possible facility and the view from the enormous balcony included the distant mountains. We spent three comfortable nights close to a small sandy beach from which local people swam even in January! The walk along the sea front to the Venetian harbour took twenty five minutes. There are cafes and restaurants within easy reach. We cannot rcommend the Hyperion too highly."

"The hotel is great, the car parking place is hard find, but hotel gave us very detailed about city centra parking, saved us money and reduced stress. Breakfast is very good "

"My room had a beautiful view of the Ocean and the light house. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Venetian harbor is at a short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet area. Breakfast was one of the best of our trip. Overall and excellent hotel"

"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "
