"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. The staff here are lovely, I was surprised that housekeeping was provided every day, having stayed at much more expensive hotels worldwide where this is no longer a reality.
