"There was a fire emergency only 2 hrs after we arried and heads hit the pillow. Once we got downstairs, the 12 of us that paid attention to the blairing alarms, we found out it was a false alarm. The hotel staff had no explanation, no apologies, no nothing. After we got a good "days" sleep we were able to enjoy ourselves around Anaheim."

"Service was great. Extremely quiet. But as far as room cleanliness bathroom had a very bad smell to it. Shower towels smell like mildew possible not enough detergent while wash cycles. housekeeping was friendly n courteous. Room carpet was extremely dirty i had brand new white socks on and they came home and were dirty like I walked in dirty mud without the chunky stuck on sucks.
