"The property was very well located for Edinburg’s attractions. We were able to walk to see all the sites. It was also great to have a swimming pool on site for end of day relaxation."

"Adagio is conveniently located on the Royal Mile, btwn South/Northbridge and Holyrood Palace (downhill from Edinburgh Castle and St Giles Cathedral). All the highlights of Old Town are well within comfortable walking distances. Waverly train station, the trams on Princes St and the bus station are approx 10-15 mins walk. This aparthotel is clean and well-kept, and has good amenities. I loved that this part of Old Town is relatively quiet at night. There is a convenience store nearby too. We got groceries so we could enjoy a light breakfast in our room, and we were able to cook meals or heat leftovers during some nights. There is no hotel bar but there’s plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel mgmt/staff excelled in customer service. They were very responsive to my questions and needs. I highly recommend Adagio and would definitely stay here again next time I visit Edinburgh! "

"Stylish hotel"

"Great location...close to the Royal Mile. Our room / stay was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the special Anniversary treat that they gave us shortly after check-in. Very thoughtful...and good timing. Even though we were on the 9th floor (actually 5th floor above reception desk)...the elevators were very quick and we never had to wait too long. We wish we had more time to tryout the restaurant / lounge area on the 3rd floor. We did a quick walk-through and it seemed to have lots of space to hang around or just kick back with friends. . A couple more hooks in the room would help to hang jackets / towels...and it would be nice to have a small fridge to hold food/beverages bought at the small grocery store next door...but we managed to get along without them. We would stay there again. "

"Very comfortable stay. The coffee and water in the lobby were nice touches. Bar in the lobby is actually really good! The front desk staff were very helpful. The property details say laundry is available, but it wasn't actual laundry facilities. Instead it was a very expensive laundry service. It would be helpful to make that more clear. "
