Here you can come to relax, surf, play tennis, ride bicycles along the coast bike path to Dana Point Pier, walk the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck and watch surfers, pelicans, and dolphins while taking in amazing ocean views. Kayak, go boating, visit a theme park, or play golf at a course nearby, as this location is convenient for adventure.
Out on your ocean view deck, sip a cocktail, and host a barbeque. Or, simply watch the sunset and the emerging starlit skies while relaxing in your lounge chair. This 1000 sq. ft., upper level unit is a sanctuary that envelops you in modern comfort, lavish space, and ocean access just a few steps away.
Inside, the great room area begins with an ocean view living room area with a large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Relish in amazing water views from the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The primary queen bedroom is accompanied by a second bedroom with two twin beds. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space. There are also two full, well-furnished bathrooms, and all beds and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your every comfort. Additional conveniences include WIFI and cable and a washer/dryer.

The beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions.
The amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd and the Pacific Coast Hwy.
This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Beach Front properties face harsh conditions daily from the salt air and sand, please make sure you are comfortable with this prior to booking. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
