"Craig's home is in a great location, just down the block from the beach, with plenty of space in the home's multiple bedrooms and living areas. The furniture and condition were a bit worn/outdated, but consistent with the photos and everything was clean. Craig was very open to communication and provided recommendations, which were really helpful. "

"Loved the location and home. A minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great hot tub in the back yard. Lots of stairs in the house, but I believe there was an elevator (we didn’t try it though)."

"Location is great, private beach entrance is great. Unfortunately the rental only has one key fob to access the private beach which created some scheduling issues all week. The main seating area has a love seat and one chair, which would be fine but we had nine people. The outdoor furniture, besides the table and chairs, should be trashed. There's a nice grill outside for grilling out"
