When we originally arrived we had some issues with our unit. Copperstone Resorts stepped up right away and made it right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility. This is the third year that we have stayed there.

Front desk was very kind and informative! Unit was perfectly clean, quiet building, well-maintained, and comfortably spacious enough for two to stay in, nice kitchen, plus had underground parking. Downside is location, no close/walkable places to eat, very close to the highway (yet also can be a pro) and some of the technology/ furnishings could be slightly updated. Overall was a very nice stay.

The condo was nice, good size, spacious with good amount of basics in the kitchen. My only recommendation is better bedding, the flat sheet over the mattress was too small. This meant that the bedding became bunched and uncomfortable during the night. If there was a larger or fitted sheet at least it would solve this issue. The same is for the duvet cover, a proper enclosed cover rather then two small flat sheets would be an important improvement.

The building is nice and the lady at the front desk was helpful. The room wasn’t very clean. No bedding supplied for the pull out sofa even though we booked for 4 people. The beds are really uncomfortable. Overall it’s ok if you get it at a good deal. We paid Christmas prices and it definitely wasn’t worth that cost.

Reported the broken oven doos handle and busyed lights but nothing happened it was not fixed. Bathroom tissues no extra one provided the only one provided was on the actual handle. Our unit had a plugged bathtub, only one toilet paper, no clothes washing tabs, had to buy our own as you have to wash the towels because they give you none. Door was broken going into room with washer and dryer. And they couldn’t fix the bathtub until after we left. And front desk is closed different times we tried to go there. So probably not going to stay there again.

I was worried about noise as some of the reviews mentioned noise due to construction, we were there for six days just left today and I swear you could never tell there was another Sowle around. It was so quiet… We were not there during the day when construction was occurring, but any other time it was super quiet… only complaint are the pillows, they are terrible. And maybe having an extra blanket on hand for chilly nights or wrapping in to have coffee on the patio while enjoying the bow.

We loved the roomy feel of this spot. It was clean and access to the hot tub was good. The space was missing dish drying towels and dish soap but the reception desk provided some when asked. Directions for underground parking was confusing. But overall we enjoyed the stay.
