"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."

"hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels. "The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). "What an absolute delightful experience at Steigenberger. Location is central, and tram line is right at the doorstep. The hotel gives you a luxurious feel, the interiors are stunning and the place is spacious. The breakfast hall is huge and the food was excellent. The staff were absolutely friendly and supportive, 5 stars to the staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience 🤗"
