"Our room aircon did not seem to warm up and we had to ask for a heater. "

"This hotel is great , ive stayed here numerous times due to work. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the pool and spa really are a added bonus. The rooms are clean,warm and have a fridge which is good when you are staying all week. The car park is big enough so never struggled to park my van. The only issue I have had is due to the allowance i have for working away there are times when i have had to find other accommodation due to the price fluctuating, if it wasnt for that then myself and others would probably be here constantly for the next 2 years. "

"Ample parking, Great bar, large bed room (Rm11). Pool, steam room, Sauna all great and up to standard. No complaints, we shall visit again another day."

"Staying away for work for 1-night. Room comfortable, ensuite was small. Went to use the pool but it was very small and very busy, so didn't bother. I was in room 311, which was at the start of the corridor, so later in evening there was an amount of noise outside room with others returning to their rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Got parked in car park close to main entrance. Walked to a nearby pub for dinner. All in all a pleasant stay"

"We had a lovely stay Staff were lovely and very helpful We had a lovely meal in the restaurant but waited an hour for our main course after the starter which was a bit annoying but the food was really good We will stay again "
