Nice stay!

Very nice and cozy guesthouse. Comfortable, spacious room with good AC and a nice shared veranda where we had breakfast each morning. Friendly host who speaks good English. Good location 50 m from beach. Limited option at night to eat, car is recommended. Since is a guesthouse rather than hotel there is no cleaning of room during stay.

Emplacement top mais accueil et service Ă  revoir.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able mais l'accueil et le service est rĂ©duit au minimum. Pas d'information sur la commande du petit dĂ©jeuner par exemple donc rien le 1er matin. Pas d'articles de toilettes dans la salle de bain, pas d'informations touristiques, accueil fermĂ© la plupart du temps mĂȘme le matin jour de dĂ©part pour payer les petits dĂ©jeuners il a fallut attendre. En revanche emplacement top Ă  15 m de la plage de la perle.

Great guesthouse almost directly on a wonderful beach with lots of shade. Guesthouse provides beach chairs. Owner was extremely helpful with everything we needed. I would suggest to have a rental car if staying here, so you are able to explore other things in the area.

It was a perfect place for simple relaxation. 30 metres from a fantastic beach and good beach cafes/restaurants. No TV - a good thing for us. Not for those who want all inclusive luxury and haut-cuisine, but for those wanting authenticity and more sustainable tourism - perfect.

Einzigartig an dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage, ca 20 meter von einem der schönsten StrĂ€nde von diesem Teil von Guadeloupe entfernt. Wir sind morgens bei Sonnenaufgang immer baden gegangen. Ansonsten, ist alls prima, super sauber, man kann draussen sitzen und es ist alles da um sich kleinigkeiten zu kochen. Vasco und seine Frau Sophia sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Vasco spricht gut englisch und hilft einem bei allen Buchungen und gibt tolle Empfehlungen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und wĂŒrden immer wieder dort buchen.

Rest and relaxation guaranteed.

We arrived late, due toto a flight delay, but all the information that we needed was waiting for us. The proprietor, who we met the next morning, spoke perfect English and updated us on everything that we needed to know. The gite is about 100yds from an excellent beach; and there was a choice of EIGHT restaurants, a creperie and an ice cream parlour within a 5min walk of the property. The gite was about 50yds from the main coast road of Basse Terre, which made exploring the island a cinch. All i all, the place can't be faulted. 5 stars from me.

Relax

Only 30 seconds from one of the finest beaches I have seen in that area, so you can have a swim any time you desire. Place is quite calm; some eateries in walking distance; directly on the beach some more during the day. Owner are very friendly and helpful; Rooms are equipped with kitchen facility; breakfast on extra demand; car parking mostly available directly in front of Rose des Vents, if you return on Sunday before dawn, might need a few meters walk.

SituĂ© Ă  200mĂštres de la plage de la Perle, cet appart hĂŽtel a tout le confort nĂ©cessaire. Quelques restos, et snack accessibles Ă  pied. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 semaine. La terrasse est vraiment un atout. L’appartement est spacieux, climatisĂ©, avec une moustiquaire. L’hote nous a laissĂ© Ă  disposition des produits de base (huile,sel,liquide vaisselle, papier toilette ...) pratique pour ne pas Ă  avoir Ă  tout acheter. Le mĂ©nage est fait avant notre arrivĂ©e et en milieu de sĂ©jour. Le linge de lit et de toilette sont ainsi changĂ©s. On recommande. Lieu chaleureux et dĂ©contractĂ©. Stationnement facile. Bien situĂ© pour les activitĂ©s basse terre. Les dĂ©parts principaux pour Les excursions nautiques se font de Sainte Rose 15-20 minutes en voiture.

Superbe emplacement Ă  15 mĂštres de la plage de la Perle. Grand studio Ă©quipĂ©. Camion Ă  Bokit de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue. TrĂšs bon accueil et conseils locaux. Deux bĂ©mols : la « vue sur jardin » dans le descriptif est possible, mais il faut sortir du studio (la vue depuis l’intĂ©rieur du studio donne sur le toit du voisin). Et la literie est fatiguĂ©e.

Gite en bord de plage difficile à trouver car aucune signalétique sur la route et celle du gite est peu visible. Stationnement difficile dans la rue car dans le chemin d'accÚs à la plage. Jolie plage, chambre fonctionnelle.

Nice place!

Nice hotel and nice owners. Very basic. Poor Wifi was major complaint. Hotel was VERY close to a VERY nice beach and nice restaurants.

redirigé vers fort royal resort!! excellent ::chambre 331 absolument superbe pour l'exposition la vue soleil levant ;le bruit des vagues ;le calme total!! la baie vitrée ouverte la nuit :pas besoin de clim.....et tout le complexe idéal pour se detendre . merci a la rose des vents !
