"Excellent experience. Amazing hotel conveniently located beside a large mall. Restaurant quality as well as amenities were superb. The front desk representative who checked me in and assisted with procuring a room for my stay was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. I had a reservation through Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel the type of room I chose was fully booked so she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I wish I remembered her name! Please pass this message to her and her supervisor if you can somehow check! "
