"The staff were amazing, however the hotel was not as close as we had hoped to the Carribean park festival grounds. You wouldn’t want to walk it, put it that way. The hotel rooms are lovely, super clean, well equipped and the filtered water on our level was great, we wished there had been an ice machine as going down to reception for ice got a bit tedious. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not - we even had our pillows swapped by the lovely staff for memory foam but even those were too flat....

"Excellent overall experience. The team at the front desk was the best I have seen for a while. Paul (sorry don't know his surname) stood out owing to his excellent communication and customer care skills. He should be treated as an asset to the organisation and asked to teach such skills at other venues too. Room was good too but a little suggestion regarding sliding doors, not the best as they always cause a little noise and slide open while in the middle of you busy doing some really...
