"This house is gorgeous. It's a really lovely setting in the trees just above the lake. The house is really lovingly and uniquely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The house is nice and quiet and you can sleep with the windows open and get fresh air. All the amenities were present and easy to use - coffee maker and laundry facilities worked great. I would love to stay there again!"

"We spent a relaxing week here and had a very nice time. Cliff reached out before our stay to make sure we had all of the info we needed. That made getting to and in the cabin much easier. The property itself is as advertised - quiet and comfortable with great views and easy access to the lake. We had some challenges with the appliances but Cliff made it right. Overall I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to get away from it all and recharge."

"This place was exactly as it was advertised. Clean, and adequately stocked with kitchenware, coffee, bath and kitchen towels, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The entire house slopes downhill from the front door to the kitchen sink, but it was kinda funny!"

"We enjoyed our short stay in this 2 bedroom house in St Maries, Idaho. The location was perfect for us. The description was right on. Covered parking was a plus as it rained on and off during our stay. There were no problems or surprises that required communication but am confident from other helpful messages that the host would have responded quickly. With the limited choice of motels in town, we made the right choice. "

"Where to begin?! The Hosts are beyond amazing, kind, and caring, and every attention to our comfort and needs were provided with a smile. The outside shower was an absolute treat, and Glory, Elliott and Blueberry made sure we got special pet loves too Dinner was prepared and hand delivered and we were in for a gourmet meal! Fabuloso!! This Gem in the Forest is the real deal! "

"This was a nice little peaceful hideaway for my partner and I for the weekend. The only negatives were 1) that there wasn't any coverings for the windows, and 2) the really steep add on administrative fees. We almost didn't reserve this place because of it. But only did because we had many friends 8n town for this busy wknd."
