"The staff were friendly and accomdating and eager to please. There was an unfortunate incident, in which the electrics failed and staff, (Alison) despite difficult weather conditions had everything sorted in an impressive 10-15mins. Very nice and comfortable accommodation with lovely views "

"This is a really beautiful place to stay, the room was lovely and very comfy. It was nice to stay somewhere a bit different and felt very special. On the way to our room the corridor/stair well did have a few cobwebs with dead flies in, but I did laugh as it was in theme with it being an old quirky place! It didn’t put me off staying, and the room and bathroom were both very clean. The breakfast was amazing, though the staff do clear up quick, and take your cutlery! Therefore if you want seconds...

"Comfortable hotel with reasonable spa facilities. Hotel is undergoing some renovations. Parking and Breakfast was good. We only had a slight issue with a blocked shower but was resolved fast. Just my luck! Overall, was a pleasant stay."

"Excellent stay from start to finish. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Price for meals a little on the high side but were well prepared and presented. Included breakfast with our package and was not dissapointed as plenty of choice. Rooms a little dated but who stays in their room all day. Very good leisure facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives."

"I recently stayed at ibis Leicester City for four nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to rest after a long day. "My partner and I stayed here Saturday through to Sunday to watch Craig David at the BP pulse live. After doing a bit of research so glad we stayed at the Hilton. Upon arrival, parking was very easy to navigate. We checked in and was informed to book dinner reservations and swimming pool reservations which I think helped us secure on the Sunday a swimming slot at 10 o’clock, which was a perfect time and not many people were using their facilities. We was not able to book into their restaurant for dinner, but we went to the nearby restaurants close to BP pulse live venue. We stayed in room 4097 and was overlooking the car park very nice room the bed was amazingly comfy, and stylish. Parking is £16 for overnight stays. Staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing . A large variety of options . All the coffees hot chocolate juices . Cooked breakfast, porridge, cereals and Pastries. Stylish decor throughout and very pleased we stay at the Hilton for our weekend getaway. We used the pool the following day on check out and had full use of the steam room, sauna,pool and jets . Manage to get a sun lounger and was very relaxed afterwards. The only point I’d recommend them adding was shampoo and conditioner as they didn’t have these in the showers just body wash which was lovely Crabtree brand smells amazing! Part from that had hair dryers and towels to use for free . Would recommend and stay again. "
