"I loved the view of the water and convenience to many restaurants "

"Our stay was passing through Tortola. So only a night stop. But a Lovely hotel, helpful and attentive staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, with facilities. We had breakfast here on our outbound trip, but stayed overnight on our return enjoying late afternoon drinks and snacks. Pool area was limited with no loungers, but enjoyed a swim all the same. We’ll be back for sure thank you for a great finish to our sailing regatta."

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase! The property is far enough away from the capital to ensure peaceful...

"This is the place to go to enjoy the warm waters's of the Caribbean and learn how to sail, windsurf, snorkel, paddle board, or just enjoy swimming. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. You just need to ask and they are willing to adjust to your needs. The only little drawl back was the mosquitoes at night which they are not really able to do much about because dinner in in an open air restaurant on the beach. They provide mosquito repellent upon request...

"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "
