"Staff was great from manager to front desk to housekeeping...chatted with all of them and all were so considerate and genuinely friendly. Room was fine for the rate..no complaints with consideration of value rate. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice bonus for the value rate. "

"Rooms were clean. The heater was not warming up the room and we could have used a bar of soap by the sink. Other than that everything else was good "

"The check in clerk did not say one single word to me. When I arrived, he just looked at me until i told him my name. He then did not say a word during the transaction and handed me the card key, again without saying anything. The check out clerk was nicer and spoke to me. This is unusual, as i usually experience good customer service at this particular hotel and location. "
