"Nothing like the pictures show. We book one of the nice new looking places and without mentioning anything to us, he gives us the worst room in accommodation history. We booked for 2 people, and it's a 1 bedroom room, but not just that, it honestly looked like it could all crumble in seconds. Seeing that room, which looked like it could be filled with rats, made us not even want to stay there even if he gave us the picture looking room, knowing how disgusting the owners kept it. Only one of the receptionist Ms. Srey V. knew and spoke English well which was very helpful. Hotel is situated near Serendipity Beach Road which is only 2 mins walk away and overall stay is comfortable."

"While staff is nice and helpful and I was credited for with amenities. The first night they didn’t have a room for me. Secondly the wifi connection was very very slow and not consistent. The old manager Manny ran a great hotel but he is no longer there so this must be the problem. They need find a qualified manager to run the hotel. "

"We booked into water chalet but found that they were a long way from main reception and we were facing a building site. The rooms were huge and very nice but we wanted to be closer to the main facility. We were moved on day 2 to a villa which was good, but bathroom was in need of updating. A top notch hotel at top notch prices, lovey clean beach."
