"Resort was very large and had many amenities. The beach is beautiful, especially great for families! Food selection was very good, choices for everyone. Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a real coffee bar that operates all day, not just the machines. Surprised there wasn’t one as coffee culture is big these days. I fortunately I brought my own! Otherwise I would highly recommend this resort."

"The property was pulchritudinous. I was perturbed about the check-in process. I had just turned 53; traveled all day and night on my born day to be subjected to a hellacious deposit that was unbeknownst to be. Expedia is the worst as well! It took almost two weeks for the hold to come off! My room was oaid for in full. I was not there long…again, I would not damage anything in the room. To have my money tied up was perturbing! "

"I recently stayed for 4 nights in an upgraded, 2 bed junior suite near the pool. Initially, we spent one night in the “regular” junior suite, however ended up moving rooms. The first room had a few issues with it, most concerning was the patio door would not close all the way or lock. This was obviously a major safety concern. We notified the front desk, and they offered us a new room for an additional $60, if we did not spend this we would’ve remained in the same room. Other than the door not...
