"I really enjoyed the classiness of the resort, with its beautiful beach and turquoise waters. The pools were excellent, clean not crowded at all and spacious. All the I ate was just delicious, over ate just because of its deliciousness. Thanks to all staff for making our stay wonderful, don't know when but we'll be back!"

"The property and amenities at this resort were great. We really enjoyed the pools and waterpark and our restaurant experiences were great. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome everywhere. The vibe team was also excellent. The Beach on the Punta Cana Resort side was incredible. The rooms were rather dated tired. There were paint cracks and peeling and very low water pressure in the shower. The kids club was underwhelming. Our 8 year olds went once and did not enjoy...

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
