Hyatt can definitely help the staff by ensuring that they are always fully stocked but that didn’t stop the staff from finding other ways to meet our needs and requests. "Lovely resort, never felt crowded. Easy to find a lounge chair on the beach or by the pool, lots of shade if desired. Nice restaurants, friendly staff. Good fitness room. Not far to commercial area although we were advised not to walk around neighborhood at night. Great upscale dining right by hotel. "

"We had eight ladies staying at the house. Everyone loved it! The house was beautiful. The water in the pool was surprisingly cool and felt wonderful! We had 2 scuba divers on the trip and the rest were snorkelers. None of us felt comfortable attempting to swim out in front of the house due to the rocky coastline, even though we all wanted to try. The way the waves crashed into the jagged rocks, it would have been impossible not to get banged up while trying to get back out of the water. Aside...

"Enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Royal Sea Aquarium resort. The ocean view from the room balcony was breathtaking and there’s a nice, small beach area to swim in the ocean on the hotel property. The resort was quiet which enabled a peaceful stay. The rooms were clean and accommodated a family of four easily with the Murphy beds. The hotel offered free scuba gear rental as well. The hotel staff was friendly and responded to our requests promptly. "
