The front desk manager Armen, Saba, Giorgi, and their other female coworkers make up a fantastic team. The young, amiable Girunda at breakfast and the young men on the night shift, who were always there for us, were among the restaurant staff. The event planners and the housekeeping crew are an excellent team."

The staff is just fantastic: courteous, helpful, polite and accommodating. I’d requested a quiet bedroom and they indeed gave me a totally quiet room which was also very comfortable, gorgeous, with a fantastic bathroom and very cozy bed. I also requested a late checkout given my flight time and they immediately said it wasn’t a problem. I hope to go back!"
